Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept any United States issued and most internationally issued Debit, Credit, or Pre-pay cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.

Do you offer gift cards?
We have not yet set up a gift card system.

What is your return policy?
Some items we sell are excluded from this policy. So check the item descriptions carefully.
We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.
We accept returns for items that are damaged in shipping or defective.
Please rest assured that we will not send out any item that appears to be damaged. You can always expect our products to be examined before we begin the shipment process.
We are here to make our customers and their loved animals happy, so if there are any other issues that may require a return, please let us know.
Are all your items made in the U.S.A.?
Not every item that we offer is made in the United States, but we do our best to work with companies who are either based in the U.S., or who manufacture in the U.S. Either way, all of the products listed in our shops are the best quality.
